SETTING UP THE TOUR

1. How do I get a quotation for Team Travel Program in Spain?
 
Simply fill out our questionnaire or email us and we will contact you with a quotation and further information to achieve your dream as soon as possible!
In order to make an accurate quotation for your team we are going to need the following information:
 
• Number of players participating in the tour
• Number of officials, coaches, parents and others who will travel with the team
• Level of the team
• Exact dates that want to travel to Spain
• Number of training sessions and friendly games your team would like to participate in

 2. How do I register for a Team Travel Program in Spain?
 
Once your team accepts the quotation, your team will register online through our website. A deposit will be required before your online registration.
 
3. How does the group size affect the cost of our trip?
 
Larger groups certainly save money. We customize tours for small groups, but for the best deal, larger groups are encouraged. We always recommend a minimum of 15 participants

4. Do coaches attend for free?
 
Yes! we offer free accommodation and same meals than the team for one coach every 15 players. The accommodation will be in the same hotel as the rest of the team.
 
5. What is your cancelation and refund policy?
 
If you choose to cancel your reservation, we must receive written notice of said cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to info@spainsoccertours.com (with confirmation of receipt thereof from us), and you shall be subject to the following cancellation fee schedule: If we receive written notice 60 or more days prior to the program start date, we will proceed to the full refund of the deposit. If we receive written notice 60 to 30 days prior to the Soccer Program start date, you shall incur a cancellation fee equal to the deposit. If we receive written notice 30 days or fewer prior to the program start date, or if you are a no-show, you shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the payment price for the program.

6. Can family members and/or friends come along on our trip?
 
Yes, all parents, siblings and supporters are welcome to join the team. During the program activities they have the choice of joining the players’ itinerary or having the freedom to explore the city.

7. Do I need to make my own airline reservations?
 
We strongly recommend you to take care of your airline reservation. We deal with travel agencies and we believe that it is going to be easier for you to get better prices online. In any case, we will be more than pleased in assisting you in any doubt that could appear during the process as well as give you advice about the best airport and the connections available.

 8. What happens if there is an operator cancelation or substitution?
 
We may cancel any program at any time before departure for any reason, including without limitation if we deem the number of participants signed up for a given program to be insufficient to operate such program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Itinerary as it has been published; however, the final Itinerary may vary due to factors beyond our control. We may in our sole discretion substitute services or goods of similar quality for any service or good stated in the Itinerary. If a program is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of your deposits, and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstances. If for reasons beyond our control, a program in progress must be interrupted or cancelled, we will in good faith consider refunding a portion of the program Price depending on our actual costs incurred compared to the program as originally contemplated.
 
9. What kind of accommodation will be during the Team Travel Program?
 
Standard Guest accommodations during the programs for teams are double or twin occupancy and will include fully equipped, en-suite bathrooms. We charge an additional fee for any single room accommodations during a program.
 
10. Do I have to inform about my medical conditions?
 
Certification of Participant’s Health; Responsibility to Inform Operator of Disabilities or Pregnancy: By tendering any portion of our programs Price to us, you certify that you do not have any condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or others participating in the program, and that you understand that health care standards, facilities, and services abroad may be different or even inadequate for treating certain health conditions. You agree to inform us via certified mail or e-mail sent to info@spainsoccertours.com (with confirmation of receipt thereof from us) at the time you tender your first payment of the program Fee (or at such later time when you become aware of such a condition) of any existing physical or mental illness, disability, pregnancy or any other condition for which you may require medical attention or special accommodation during the program. We make no guarantee to be able to accommodate you for such condition during the program, and we make no representations or warranties regarding special accommodations or handicap accessibility on the program.

We may in our sole discretion substitute services or goods of similar quality for any service or good stated in the Itinerary. If a Soccer Program is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of your reservation fee and Soccer Program Price, and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstances. If for reasons beyond our control, a Soccer Program in progress must be interrupted or cancelled, we will in good faith consider refunding a portion of the Soccer Program Price depending on our actual costs incurred compared to the Soccer Program as originally contemplated.

ACCOMMODATION

13. What kind of accommodation will be during the Team Travel Program?
 
Standard Guest accommodations during the programs for teams in a hotel or student residence and will include fully equipped, en-suite bathrooms. We charge an additional fee for any single room accommodations during the program.

14. Is the accommodation near the city?

Accommodation will always be in the city Area close to public transportation

15. What meals are included in the price?
 
Our standard quotation includes full board. You can request half board when asking for quotation. Half board includes two meals a day (typically one being breakfast), and full board includes three meals a day.

16. Are airport transfers included?

Private bus transportation from and to the Spanish airport is included on the quotation.

17. What type of transportation do we use while in Spain?
 
Once in Spain, the group travels in top quality charter buses.

TOUR DEVELOPMENT

18. How is the training sessions development?

Training sessions are approximately 1.30h duration with an official coach from the selected option.

19. What is the level of the friendly games?

The friendly games will be played against competitive teams accordingly to your team level

20. Are there any other activities besides the soccer events?

A City Tour is always included on the program. There is the possibility to add as many cultural activities as desired for an extra fee.

21. Can we see a professional official soccer game?
 
Yes, we offer the option to attend professional soccer games in Spain. Please, keep in mind that we offer this option when "La Liga" and/or Champions League are in season. There may be times when there are no games being played.
 
22. Will the group be well supervised on the trip?
 
Along with any coaches and supervisors that come on the trip, there will always be a Spain Soccer Tour representative with your group. This person will be available during the scheduled activities.
