Questions about our Coaching Programs

1. How do I get a quotation for a Coaching Program in Barcelona?

It depends if you are:

Individual Coach:

The prices are already fixed for our scheduled programs for individual coaches.

Group of Coaches:

Simply fill out this questionnaire or email us and we will contact you with a quotation and further information to achieve your dream in less than 48 hours!

In order to make an accurate quotation for your group of coaches, we are going to need the following information:

• Number of coaches travelling (minimum 10 coaches)
• Dates that you want to travel to Barcelona
• Program you are interested in (7 or 4 days program)
  

2. How do I register for a Coaching Program in Barcelona?

It depends if you are:

Individual Coach:

• Fill out the Online Registration form that appears in each of our scheduled programs.
• We will send you a Deposit invoice of 250€ through PayPal so you can do the payment with credit card.
• Once you have made the deposit payment, we will help you with everything related to the accommodation, transportation, etc.
• You must process the balance payment 15 days before the program starts

Group of Coaches:

Once your group accepts the quotation, your coaches will register online throught our website. A deposit of 250€ per participant will then be required.

3. What is your cancelation and refund policy?

It depends if you are:

Individual Coach:

If you choose to cancel your reservation, we must receive written notice of said cancellation e-mail sent to info@barcelonasoccertours.com (with confirmation of receipt thereof from us), and you shall be subject to the following cancellation fee schedule: If we receive written notice 30 or more days prior to the Coaching course start date, we shall retain 50% of the 250€ deposit. If we receive written notice 30 to 15 days prior to the Coaching course start date, you shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit for the Coaching course. If we receive written notice 15 days or fewer prior to the Coaching course start date, or if you are a no-show, you shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the payment price for the Coaching course.

Group of Coaches:

If you choose to cancel your reservation, we must receive written notice of said cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to info@barcelonasoccertours.com (with confirmation of receipt thereof from us), and you shall be subject to the following cancellation fee schedule: If we receive written notice 60 or more days prior to the program start date, we will proceed to the full refund of the deposit. If we receive written notice 60 to 30 days prior to the TWS Experience start date, you shall incur a cancellation fee equal to the deposit. If we receive written notice 30 days or fewer prior to the program start date, or if you are a no-show, you shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the payment price for the program.

4. What kind of accommodation will be during the Coaching Program?

It depends if you are:

Individual Coach:

We only offer the program so consequently we don’t deal with the accommodation but once you have registered to one of our scheduled programs we will help you with everything related with the accommodation, transports, etc.

Group of Coaches:

Standard Guest accommodations during the programs for coaches are double or twin occupancy and will include fully equipped, en-suite bathrooms. We charge an additional fee for any single room accommodations during a program.

5. What meals are included in the price?

It depends if you are:

Individual Coach:

We only offer the program so consequently we don’t deal with the meals during the program. Of course the Barcelona Soccer Tours will be with you during the program and will recommend good restaurants for you. In RCD Espanyol premises there is a restaurant.

Group of Coaches:

Our standard quotation includes only breakfast. You can request half or full board when asking for quotation. Half board includes two meals a day (typically one being breakfast), and full board includes three meals a day.

6. Do I have to inform about my medical conditions?

Certification of Participant’s Health; Responsibility to Inform Operator of Disabilities or Pregnancy: By tendering any portion of our programs Price to us, you certify that you do not have any condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or others participating in the program, and that you understand that health care standards, facilities, and services abroad may be different or even inadequate for treating certain health conditions.  You agree to inform us via certified mail or e-mail sent to info@barcelonasoccertours.com (with confirmation of receipt thereof from us) at the time you tender your first payment of the program Fee (or at such later time when you become aware of such a condition) of any existing physical or mental illness, disability, pregnancy or any other condition for which you may require medical attention or special accommodation during the program. We make no guarantee to be able to accommodate you for such condition during the program, and we make no representations or warranties regarding special accommodations or handicap accessibility on the program.

7. Can family members and/or friends come along on our trip?

Yes, all parents, wives, siblings, sons and supporters are welcome to join the team. During the program activities they will have the freedom to explore the city and we will propose them sightseeing and cultural activities.

8. How does the group size affect the cost of our trip?

Larger groups certainly save money. We customize coaching programs starting with 10 coaches, but for the best deal, larger groups are encouraged.

9. Do I need to make my own airline reservations?

We strongly recommend you to take care of your airline reservation. We deal with travel agencies and we believe that it is going to be easier for you to get better prices online. In any case, we will be more than pleased in assisting you in any doubt that could appear during the process as well as give you advice about the best airport and the connections available.

10. What type of transportation do we use while in Barcelona?

It depends if you are:

Individual Coach:

We only offer the program so consequently we don’t deal with the transportation during the program. Of course the Barcelona Soccer Tours will be with you during the program and will provide with accurate information about the meeting points for every day of the program and how to get there.

Group of Coaches:

Once in Barcelona, our groups travel in top quality charter buses and/or minivans depending on the size of the group.

11. Can we see a professional official soccer game?

Yes, this option is already included in our quotation. We offer the option to attend professional soccer games in Barcelona. Please, keep in mind that we offer this option when "La Liga" and/or Champions League are in season. There may be times when there are no games being played.
